Uni-Systems Engineering designed, supplied, and installed the 40-ton gantry crane, including a new gantry, trolley, hoist, 2-ton jib crane, and operating and control systems. The crane handles the penstock stoplogs and the spillway stoplogs between their deployed positions and storage locations using the main hoist of the gantry crane. The crane also lifts spillway gate machinery equipment and the penstock gate hoist machinery equipment for maintenance purposes.
